Purchasing skills of diving materials

Purchase method of neoprene (SBR CR diving material): if you want to order neoprene material, but do not know how to start, please follow the following methods:

1、 First determine the neoprene material you need, please choose the appropriate material according to the product you want to make. If you don't know how to choose, please tell us your usage and our professional staff will recommend the right material to you. Or send us your samples, we will help you identify.

2、 Please tell me the total thickness of the laminating piece you need, which can be measured with vernier caliper (it is better to use a professional thickness gauge). As neoprene is a soft material, the pressure should not be too high when measuring, and the vernier caliper should be able to move freely.

3、 Please tell me what kind of fabric you need to fit, such as Lycra, nylon, mercerized cloth, etc. If you can't judge the fabric, please send us the sample.

4、 Please tell us the color you need to fit the fabric. Please check whether the color is our regular color. If so, please tell us the color number. If not, please send us the sample, or let us know the color number. We can provide customized fabric and dyeing. However, if the dosage is less than 100kg, there will be an additional VAT charge.

5、 It depends on where your product is used. If it is an underwater product, such as a diving suit, diving gloves, etc., it will need to be solvent resistant. General gifts, protective equipment and other common fit can be. If you are not sure, please let us know the purpose and we will help you decide.

6、 How to choose the order inch, we can choose 51 × 130, 51 × 83, and 42 × 130 specifications. It depends on your tailoring and typesetting requirements. Generally speaking, 51 × 130 typesetting saves materials. For the material of loading container, 51 × 83 specification should be selected, which is more suitable for loading.

7、 Delivery time: usually 4-7 days. If special dyeing is needed, the delivery time is 15 days.

8、 Packing method: usually in rolls, please spread out the goods immediately after receiving them, otherwise the inner core will be creased due to curling.

9、 Thickness and length error: the thickness error is generally about plus or minus 10%. If the thickness is 3mm, the actual thickness is between 2.7-3.3mm. The minimum error is about 0.2mm. The maximum error is plus or minus 0.5mm. The length error is about plus or minus 5%, which is usually longer and wider.
